Registration

To access this site, new users must first
register and obtain a login name and password.
Registered users will be able to file UCC documents electronically and
pay for the filing with a credit card.

Escrow Accounts
|
Companies or individuals who will be filing high volumes of
UCC documents electronically can pay for these filings utilizing an escrow
account. Please contact Larry Todd to establish a new escrow account with the Washington DC
Recorder of Deeds:

Larry will facilitate the creation and funding of
a new escrow account and will provide an escrow account name, account number
and password, which will be required to complete the registration process.
If you have an existing escrow account with the
Washington DC Recorder of Deeds please contact Larry to
obtain the escrow account name, account number and password.
