We have designed our system so that you only require a workstation, scanner and Internet connection. Once you have those three components in place, we take care of everything for you including software installation and training.
1) In order to start using our eRecording program and system you must first meet our Workstation Scanner Requirements
2) Once the Workstation and Scanner Requirements are met please download the Debit Authorization Form and the Client Info Form.
3) Please review the Debit Authorization form and Client Info form and complete, sign and return through email, at LTI-Helpdesk@landata.com, or by fax at (210) 366-3058, Attention: eRecording Team.
4) Once we recieve the forms (listed above), it takes 3 business days to test your account to make sure we can debit from it. Once the test period is over we will call and schedule a time to install our erecording program and train you how to use it. If you have questions please give us a call at 877-526-3282.
