Landata e-STAR Vitals provides an electronic document management
module that manages marriage licenses, birth and death information based on
the applicable state statutes.

All operations are accomplished through a graphical user interface (GUI)
with keyboard or mouse control, drop down lists, repeat functions supporting
standardization of names and reduction of keystrokes and advanced navigation
options
user friendly.
Index information is fully editable through a configurable GUI interface and
is protected from unauthorized alteration by a combination of system level
security and application user rights implemented during installation and
controlled by the system administrator.

Efficient and timely customer support is critical to the success of our organization (and yours!). LTI has developed
an innovative customer support initiative that allows us to leverage the strength of our entire organization to provide
highly effective, focused technical and application support and training to our customers.
The LTI support team can utilize the e-support infrastructure to proactively
view system log files, apply patches, monitor server statistics and storage array performance to insure
the health of critical hardware systems.
This support system allows LTI to leverage the skills of the Microsoft certified Technical Services, Software
Development and Customer Support teams to solve problems. Included in this array of talent are Database Administrators,
key to the resolution of any issues relating to the mission critical e-STAR plus databases maintained in the
Clerks office.
The net result is a robust support system the helps us to provide world class support, expedited problem resolution
and proactive system management in real-time.

The e-support system is an especially valuable tool to help our Customer Support team provide supplemental training
to the employees using the e-STAR plus™ system. The employee can communicate over the phone, ask questions and
watch as the LTI team member navigates through the application. This type of support is valuable for new employees or
for supplemental training of existing workers.
The training system includes robust documentation of each module combined in a User Manual and technical documentation
to support System Administration and access to the database structures including tables, indexes, fields and
relationships.

Security of the system is of paramount importance. The VPN Server installed at the customer’s site can be configured
to allow specific users from the LTI site only to access the system. The connection between the customer’s office and
the LTI Internet Data Center is controlled using the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) which represents the most secure
authentication methodology.
Using GoToAssit, technical and application support in addition to supplemental training are delivered in real-time over a secure connection
between the LTI Internet Data Center and the Client's site.
